Shipping Policy

Most of our content is delivered digitally — no shipping required. On purchase you get access by email and through your dashboard, usually within a few minutes and always within one working day.

If an order includes physical items, such as printed certificates or course material, they are processed within one to three working days and shipped to the address you give us. Delivery time and cost vary by location and are shown before you pay. International orders may attract customs charges, which the recipient pays.

Tracking

Once a physical item is dispatched we email you the courier and tracking number.

Wrong or damaged item

Tell us within seven days of delivery and we replace it at our cost.
